I started a new job last week--I know I'm lucky to have one, but that doesn't make me hate retail any less. The older I get, the more I resent high schoolers being higher up on the food chain.
I finished up my commission for HRS, which so far has been a smiley set and a male + female avatar system (full-bodied bases + options for facial features, clothing, accessories, etc). I'm eager to see how they look in action.
I've caught some minor crud that's been going around, which I'll blame on the bipolar weather (snow, 60's, snow again). Good thing I always have tons of DayQuil pills laying around, eh? Non-drowsy, my ass.
Stephen Lynch is coming to D.C. at the end of next month, but I'm afraid to see how much tickets cost. It's funny how I spent most of my younger years seeing all sorts of bands, and now I just want to see comedians. Oh wait, that's because music sucks nowadays. I would love to see the Puppini Sisters, though--they are absolutely fantastic.
I've decided to add some stock photos (I have tons from a trip to the National Zoo last year and some from the honeymoon), so I'll be added them in small chunks so as not to flood messages to the one person that watches me
